Within the Lumela family, the qualities selected for over decades continue to return — athleticism, reflexes, scope, blood, balance and presence — refined again in a new generation.
Doris V Z represents performance carried forward through the female line. A son of Labella V, he followed in his dam’s footsteps to the World Breeding Championship for Young Horses in Lanaken, finishing second in the second qualifier for six-year-olds.
Labella V and her sister Maddy V, both out of Hester V, represent an important branch within the family. While Labella V proved herself in sport, Maddy V continues the line through a new generation of promising young horses.
Sterre V distinguished herself early with exceptional technique and scope, receiving 9s for both qualities and later becoming Reserve Champion at the Drenthe regional inspection.
Rasja V, out of Maddy V, represents the next step within this branch: a modern, athletic mare with reflexes, power and the type we seek for the future.
Alongside them, Tattoo the Balou V, Saïda V and The Twilight V continue the same direction — combining proven maternal strength with carefully selected modern performance blood.
Veldman Sporthorses represents the next chapter in a story built over generations at Lumela Stables.
With access to proven mare lines, international performance and decades of breeding knowledge, Judith Veldman builds on that foundation with her own vision for breeding, developing and competing sport horses.
