Her sire Defender VDS Z brings the influence of Dominator 2000 Z, whose international career under Christian Ahlmann established him among the leading performers of his generation.

On the maternal side, Rasja V is out of Maddy V (Grandorado TN N.O.P. × Mylord Carthago), one of the key young mares within the Lumela programme and a daughter of Hester V. Through Maddy V, the pedigree combines Grandorado TN N.O.P., Mylord Carthago, Calvados and the depth of the established Lumela mare line.
